These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bi333 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the bi333 website accessible at bi333.pro, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and account management features.

By accessing bi333, registering a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use bi333.

To register a bi333 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bi333 account.
• You must register using accurate personal information. False or misleading registration data will result in account termination.

bi333 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To use bi333, you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. One mobile number may be associated with only one account. Registration is free and requires no initial deposit.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. bi333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

bi333 accepts deposits exclusively via the supported payment channels listed on the Deposits page: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bi333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No conversion fees are applied by bi333 to BDT transactions; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to periodic review. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Unverified accounts may not withdraw any funds. bi333 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an incomplete KYC process.

bi333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a general bonus term and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

bi333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonuses in excluded games, or placing hedged bets to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All bets placed on bi333 are subject to the specific rules published for each game or betting market. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or market before placing a bet. bi333 does not accept bets placed in error, and all bets accepted by the Platform are final once confirmed.

bi333 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet in the following circumstances:

• A bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already closed.
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect odds display or acceptance of a bet that would not otherwise have been accepted.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated scheme to defraud bi333.
• The underlying sporting event or casino round was compromised by match-fixing or other irregular activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bi333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts held in the name of a spouse, partner, family member, or associate.
• Using software tools, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or manipulate betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bi333 for any money laundering purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point requested by bi333.

bi333 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in violation of this section will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed. All funds in such accounts may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

bi333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion as tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond bi333's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. bi333 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of Platform unavailability.

All content on the bi333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of bi333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bi333.

bi333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bi333 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an updated version of the Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using bi333 and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bi333 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
